It's the Preconstructed deck, but without the "P". The idea was to build a new deck that stays within the same color identity and has similar ideals, but is a little more refined or experimental.
Jessa's precon is largely geared towards board control and strong defense. Most players have taken Jessa in a more aggressive direction, but in staying closer to precon I'm looking to make a "slow suffering" experience. I only completely removed Cut the Strings and Undying Heart, but in exchange get access to 6 new cards that are all designed to take control of the battlefield. Combining Blood Puppet with Weeping Spirit makes your opponent's battlefield even tighter. Poison has a lot of options either as slow removal OR a massive tech tool for Leech Warrior or Living Doll.
Chant of the Dead and Battle Mage may seem like odd additions, but much of Jessa's precon revolves around Screams of the Departed, and those cards can guarantee you the extra dice to keep using that ability without reservation. Finally, a single Dispel makes a solid counter against someone running Fade Away or Summon Indiglow Creeper.
Other cards you can run:
Regress - Another strong defensive card. I opted out only because I'm more interested in killing opponent's units than preserving them.
Amplify - This card makes it possible to build up a massive Blood Archer or a crazy wall with Living Doll with just a couple Charm dice. It could work, but you might want to also consider a Hypnotize.
